The Hard Times Bluegrass Band was formed in 2002 when a group of players, with a passion for the traditional bluegrass sound, decided to take their casual jamming to the next level. Members Jan Reimers (Banjo, Mandolin, Fiddle and Vocals), Romeo McGraw (Guitar, Accordion and Vocals), Herb Hansen (Fiddle and Vocals), Lillian McGraw (Bass), Jacqueline Hansen (Guitar) and Melinda McGraw (Vocals) perform a mix of harmonies and melodies in a traditional and sometimes not so traditional bluegrass style. The group has been entertaining audiences in -he Lower Mainland for several years.
